Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pool Admin AI (the "Service"), operated by GaleForce Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver, you may not use the Service.

2. Legal Disclaimer & Permitted Use

A. Nature of the Service

This Service is strictly a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for data organization, bracket tracking, and scorekeeping. It is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Pool Admin AI is not a sportsbook, lottery service, or escrow agent.

B. No Financial Processing of Wagers

At no point does Pool Admin AI collect, hold, process, or distribute funds, entry fees, or prize money related to user pools.

• Any currency amounts, "buy-ins," or "payouts" listed on the platform are informational data fields only, input by the user for record-keeping purposes.
• The Service provides no mechanism for settling debts between users. All financial interactions occur strictly off-site and are the sole responsibility of the participants.

C. User Responsibility & Compliance

The User (the "Pool Commissioner") acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Pool Admin AI complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.

• Laws regarding private pools vary significantly by state. In many jurisdictions (including Indiana), operating a pool for profit (where the "house" takes a cut) is a criminal offense.
• You represent and warrant that your pool is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not using this platform to facilitate any illegal activity.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Organize or promote illegal gambling or sports betting.
• Charge administrative fees, "vig," or "rake" from a prize pool (i.e., running a pool for profit).
• Launder money or facilitate financial crimes.
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.

GaleForce Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating these prohibitions without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaleForce Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

We assume no liability for the legality of any specific pool organized using this Service. Any disputes regarding pool rules, scoring, or prize distribution are solely between the Pool Commissioner and the Participants.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
