Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Delete Your Data

If you used Facebook to log into Pool Admin AI and wish to delete your activities or personal information, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
3. Find and select Pool Admin AI.
4. Click the Remove button.
5. Alternatively, you may contact us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will manually purge your record within 30 days.

2. What Data is Deleted?

• Profile Info: Your name and email address retrieved from Facebook.
• Pool Participation: All bracket picks, scores, and historical entry data.
• Analytics: Any anonymized tracking associated with your unique user ID.

3. Retention Exceptions

Please note that financial records (via Stripe) regarding successful subscription payments must be retained for tax and legal compliance purposes. However, these records will no longer be linked to an active user profile once deletion is complete.
